Frankfurt's coach Oliver Glasner, on the other hand, emphasized his club's position: "We are not a development club for Bayern. We made a clear commitment to Omar and we want to continue down this path with him."Marmoush moved from VfL Wolfsburg to Frankfurt in the summer and has been impressing with his speed and skill there ever since. In 31 competitive appearances he was directly involved in 19 goals (ten goals and nine assists). Most recently, the 23-year-old was able to convince in the Champions League against Bayern. Bayern coach Julian Nagelsmann is said to be a big fan of Marmoush.
Bayern are also said to be interested in Jude Bellingham from Borussia Dortmund. The 19-year-old Englishman is considered one of the greatest talents in world football. Bellingham's contract in Dortmund runs until 2025, and the departure clause should be around 100 million euros. It remains to be seen whether Bayern will make use of this option.
With Marmoush, Bayern would get a player who has already proven his qualities in the Bundesliga. The Egyptian is versatile in attack and can be used on both wings as well as in the center. Marmoush is also a good dribbler and loves to seek the depths. At Bayern, he could strengthen the competition on the flanks, especially since Serge Gnabry and Leroy Sané are about to leave the club in the summer.
