Didi Hamann Doesn't See Marmoush and Ekitike as Candidates for FC Bayern
Hamann is a former German footballer who played for Bayern Munich, Liverpool, and Manchester City. He is now a pundit for Sky Sports.
Hamann believes that Marmoush and Ekitike are not good enough to play for Bayern Munich. He said that they are "not at the level" of the club.
Hamann's comments come after Marmoush and Ekitike were linked with moves to Bayern Munich. Marmoush is a 23-year-old Egyptian winger who plays for VfB Stuttgart. Ekitike is a 20-year-old French striker who plays for Stade de Reims.
Marmoush has been in impressive form for Stuttgart this season, scoring 10 goals in 29 appearances. Ekitike has also been in good form, scoring 12 goals in 32 appearances for Reims.
However, Hamann does not believe that either player is good enough to play for Bayern Munich. He said that they are "not at the level" of the club.
"I don't think they are good enough for Bayern Munich," Hamann said. "They are good players, but they are not at the level of Bayern Munich.
"Bayern Munich is one of the best clubs in the world. They have a very high standard. I don't think Marmoush or Ekitike are good enough to play for them."
It remains to be seen whether Marmoush or Ekitike will join Bayern Munich. However, Hamann's comments suggest that they are unlikely to move to the club.
